Return & Refund Policy

⏳ Return Period

You may return items for a refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of delivery. Items received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Final sale items (clearly marked as "Non-returnable")
• Accessories such as socks, underwear, and face masks for hygiene reasons

🔄 Refund Process

1. Contact our customer service at support@eanoia.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 2 business days
3. Return the item(s) using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return authorization
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (usually within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund
5. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval

⚠️ Important Notes

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or our error
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
• Refunds will exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements
